A Personal Note from Brittany!

I always thought I ate "healthy" until I got sick! Then I began studying nutrition and learned about the huge impact the Standard American Diet has on the gut (it literally destroys it), and how it contributes to inflammation, autoimmune issues, and chronic disease.
